Prices for renting
Monday – Thursday
5 pm – 11 pm
Renting the venue on weekdays, Monday to Thursday, costs 6 000 SEK. This covers the times above, plus preparation time for decorating.
We’re happy to be flexible – if you’d like to rent the venue for just a few hours, we can agree on times and prices.
Friday – Saturday
5 pm – 1 am
Renting the venue on Friday and Saturday costs 12 000 SEK. This covers the times above, plus preparation time for decorating.

Preparations
To make sure you’ll be happy with everything, we recommend coming by to see the venue before you book.
Once you’ve booked, we recommend coming the day before your event if you’d like to decorate with tablecloths, decorations, candles and so on. We’ll meet you at the venue and help with glasses, cutlery, plates, moving tables and anything else you need.

Booking conditions
To rent the venue, the person responsible must be at least 30 years old.
We apply the general terms and conditions of the Swedish Hospitality Industry (SHR) for conferences and other events. Bookings are made through a written agreement. An advance payment of 25% of the confirmed amount is due within ten days of the booking being confirmed. The booking is not binding for the supplier until the advance payment has been made.

Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel less than two months before the booked date, 25% of the booking amount will be charged (the advance payment is non-refundable).
If you cancel less than four weeks before the booked date, 50% of the booking amount will be charged. If you cancel less than two weeks before the booked date, the full amount will be charged.

Music until 11 pm or 1 am
Music is only permitted until 11 pm on weekdays (Monday–Thursday) and until 1 am on Fridays and Saturdays. After that, the event must end and guests must begin leaving the venue.

No confetti & smoke machine
Unfortunately, we’ve banned confetti because of the difficult clean-up it causes. If confetti is used, a cleaning fee of 3,000 SEK will be charged. Also, you are not allowed to use any smoke machines in the venue.

After the event
When we clean up after the event, we gather cardboard boxes, glass bottles and simple decorations. The person hiring the venue is then responsible for sorting and disposing of all bottles and boxes, and for collecting their own decorations after the event, including any decorations or lights put up on the ceiling.

Answering your most frequently asked questions about our venue
How much does it cost to hire the venue?
Hiring the venue costs 12,000 SEK for a day/evening, and the event ends at 1 am.
Are food and staff included?
No, these are paid for separately, depending on the catering you choose and how many staff you need.
Is there parking and public transport nearby?
Yes, there is parking right next to the venue. There are also good public transport connections: take the metro (tunnelbana) to Brommaplan, followed by a 10–15 minute walk to the address, or take a connecting bus to get closer.
Can we bring our own drinks and music?
You’re very welcome to bring your own drinks, and we have both a fridge and a freezer for chilling soft drinks, alcohol and ice.
You’ll need to arrange the music yourselves, but we can lend you a large speaker and a microphone, which are included in the venue price.
